Application of Shredder

1Scrap Car:Complete car body or pressed car body, auto parts not including engine and transmission.
2 Light metal scrap:after-shearing or baled, the density should not be more than 1T/CBM, such as steel drum, paint drum, roof tiles.
3 White goods:scrap washing machine, fridge, air conditioner, etc.
4 Various metal scraps: scrap bicycle, electromobility, motorbike.
5 Baled metal scraps (density not thick than 0.65ton/m3)

Full Production Line of Shredder
1. Pre-shredder (also called as double shaft shredder) (optional configuration, mainly shred large scraps into small scraps for increasing production capacity);
2. Hammer shredder with pre-press machine (shred scraps into small size 50-160mm granularity);
3. Vibrating feeder (make discharging products evenly for better sorting);
4. Magnetic separator (for sorting ferrous and non-ferrous metal);
5. Output mixing belt conveyor-to transfer the shred-mixing waste material.
